This is great to hear, and I'm looking forward to playing with it and recommending it to co-workers.

Hi,

I was able to compile raptor2-2.0.0, rasqal-0.9.22, Redland-1.0.13 using mingw with few twists.

I didn't use cygwin because its dependency on cygwin.dll.

O.K. it is better now, cygwin and gnuwin are not compatible with each other. I removed gnuwin from the path.

Are you typing configure in GNU Bash or at a command prompt? You'll need to do it in a GnuWin shell (like GNU Bash) instead of the windows command line (or "run..." for that matter).

    Hi Joe,

this time I am trying with Gnuwin and the error message comes from
    the "chmod" command during configure.

Visual Studio and POSIX are two different universes. Configure is
    for POSIX.

For Visual Studio, you'll have to configure project & solution
    files by hand.

There is still no solution for the Visual Studio 2008. I am
trying now to get the source configured but I receive a
        strange message:

        "D:\gnuwin32\bin\chmod.exe: cannot access
        `configure\r.lineno': Invalid argument.lineno; rerun with a
        POSIX shell"

        Anybody has an idea ?

        Best Regards
