Thank's for the quick reponse, but to delete the string doesn't help -
sorry. RN is still not starting normal (I can not see it anywhere), and
when I want to start it again, I get the same message.

First of all, check if RNB is indeed already running. ;)
If it is not, open %homedir%/.rednotebook/configuration.cfg .
If it has a string
running=1
, delete it, save the file, BACK-UP YOUR JOURNAL IF YOU HAVE ANY
EXISTING ENTRIES, and start RNB. =)
