I'm not. I suspected as much when he was having issues with his heart.

But Papi didn't say it's not a big deal. He's on record saying anyone caught
using steroids should be suspended for a year, maybe more. He's been
effusive with his criticism of so-called cheaters.
We need to accept that steroid use was the unwritten rule, not exception, of
this era.
