Was curious about our chances for a sweep (and to get back above .500) - Kazmir has good numbers against the Sox at Fenway - 3-2, 2.70 ERA, 2.57 BAA. Dice-K, on the other hand, has a 2-4 record vs the Rays (home and away) with an ERA of 4.05 and BAA of .249. And his numbers are a lot better in the Trop (1-2, 3.41, .196). And those are 2007 - 2009 numbers, which include his excellent 2007 and 2008 seasons.
So, I am going to go out on a limb here andsay we don't sweep, and get pounded pretty good tonight and go back to .483.
