Was it just me or did Dice-K look pieved all night? I read that he's a pretty emotional guy and maybe he's channeling that emotion now to help... At the very least his best performance as a Red Sox pitcher in my opionion.

He keeps us wanting more by throwing a great game every now and then, doesn't he?? I mean, no walks?? C'mon, and 9 K's? 7 innings?? A very un-Dice-K-like performance for sure.

It makes one drool, thinking about how good this rotation could be if Beckett is Beckett, Lackey Lackey and Dice-K NOT
Dice-K but the guy that pitched last night....

Good offensive night, too. Varitek continues to impress coming off the bench. Hard to believe we are still in 4th place,
half a game behind Toronto.....
