Speaking of Francisco Cervelli - doesn't it seem like his helmet is four sizes too big for him?

Why can't we get pitchers like that for our #5 spot? - I like it when AJ Burnett is off. - Amazing to think that the Rays have signed Evan Longoria for $44 million for 9 years! - Ken Singleton is a REALLY bad announcer. He makes Michael Kay sound like Vin Scully. - Never seen a player injure himself by stepping on his own bat! Marcus Thames twisted his ankle on his own bat running to first. He's had an interesting 3 games for sure. Hero, goat, injured. - Posada now has a fracture in his foot, out a couple weeks. But Cervelli is a pretty good back-up and maybe the future for them. - The Rays play all sorts of shifts, and they showed pictures of them written on the line-up card next to the Yankees hitters names in the dugout. Pretty cool. - The Rays are really good, have a chip on their shoulder from last year and are playing really well, a really bad combination.
