I was flipping back and forth between Sox and Celts. Both games were great.
I thought for sure Scutaro had that ball, seems like he just ran slightly more to his left than the ball was. After Beltre made that incredible catch and throw-out to first, I thought for sure that Dice-K would get the no hitter. Just seemed like the Sox made some really great defensive plays. It's always some stupid little bloop hit that gets you, I guess. But this was run prevention at it's finest, for sure. I heard a report that the Sox may make Varitek his permanent catcher, citing communication problems with Martinez. Maybe that will help? Seemed to help tonight. Scutaro should have had the pop up - or at least gotten his glove on it. I told you he sucks. :-) ________________________________ From: [email protected] > [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Tom > Salemi >Sent: Saturday, May 22, 2010 10:24 PM >To: > [email protected] >Subject: Re: That's a > shame > >Nope.
