And apparently we're trading with the Phillies for Joe Blanton ... to help them pay Lee's salary?
Blanton's an OK fifth starter -- pretty much the definition of league average pitcher -- making $8 million a year for the next two seasons. Has to mean Dice-K is going somewhere for bullpen help? Unless they think Blanton could be a really effective and expensive middle reliever ...
