Fenway has really come a long way. I mean, it will never be Camden Yards from
a comfort perspective, but I am amazed by what the current ownership has
squeezed out of this place. I still wouldn't want to sit in about a third of
the seats in the park, and the old ones are still a bit cramped, but the newer
seats are comfy, and the concessions, bathrooms and general crowd control is so
much better than it was 10 years ago it is amazing. The new video boards are
awesome as well. Parking - well, you just have to know the secrets.

I like Fenway, too, but more for what it's about than what it is....

No. We have. And Fenway is vastly improved. I, for one, am quite happy to keep
the old girl.

You obviously haven't experienced all the 'improvements' at Fenway... :-)

Glad to see the Sox pull out this series over the O's. I was at the game last
night and the Sox looked very drained, I guess it
was a delayed hang-over from the Sunday night game and late arrival in
Baltimore.... Figures they can't pull out the first game
I attended since 2009.... But I felt like I was in Fenway last night (well,
except for the comfortable seats, easy-to-access concessions,
plentiful and clean restrooms, inexpensive local parking and great traffic
control) with the number of Sox fans there.
