I guess we can assume that the Andrew Miller experiment is over, can't we? At least as a starter. I mean, he IS 6-2 but hasn't won in like forever, and astoundingly, opponents are batting .307 against him, with a .847 OPS! And he is giving up runs in bunches early in games. I know we don't have a lot of options, but it seems to me we'd be better with almost anyone else in his spot.
This month, he has started twice. Gone 6.1 innings. ERA of 15.63. Gave up hits at a .448 rate. Wake's numbers in September (1 start, 1 relief appearance) - 9 IP, 4.00, .194.
