I don't bet on my teams - it's not something I consider a good deal as emotion plays too much into my reasoning... However my thinking is that Lackey is mentally going to be 'ready' tomorrow - it's his last start for the season (maybe including the playoffs) and unless he has a good showing it's going to be a LONG offseason where he will be considered at best a 5th starter for the Sox next year. While Nova has nothing to prove and a loss means nothing to the Yankees as they are already riding their 1st place division spot into the playoffs.
Although Lackey has proven he's not able to sustain anything other then his HIGH ERA this season...
