Given the talk in the press conference yesterday about the culture drifting
in the wrong direction I have to agree with what Tito said:

Tito said that after eight years here he was frustrated by his difficulty
> making an impact with the players, that a different voice was needed, and
> that it was time for him to move on.


Cultural issues are his and if he was unable to effect the change we needed,
then he really wasn't able to do the job anymore.
