Valentine is awful - I'm surprised folks haven't noticed this in the media (maybe because he was media and they are concerned about their own potential job market). He continues to say he's learning by mistakes - really - your supposedly an overly experience manager and yet you continue to talk about how you weren't prepared this year. Then you continue to make 'wrong' decisions during the game - while the players aren't performing like they should be - today was a definite reason why Valentine needs to go back into analyst work - not coaching what on paper is one of the top 3-4 teams in ALL baseball.
