I think Jackie Bradley is the CF of the future, so there's probably very little chance the Sox sign Ellsbury. They could trade him now or at the deadline, but the question is, how much could they get for him with Scott Boras certain to send him to free agency next year. I'd be fine with seeing what kind of season we can get out of Ells, then letting him go.
