I wouldn't, though I am not ron. I had 4 VHO's over my tank (70 gallon) and
thought it was good. If you have the Ice cap 660, you may as well run 4, if
you think it's too much, re-wire it for 3 or 2 bulbs.
The key is knowing your corals and where to place them.
