The deal here is not if it will support....but whether it will sag.  I had a
70 gal that I set up and it was level with a spirit level.  This was also
upstairs.  After 6 months the floor had sagged, and the tank with it.
Styrofoam helps, but on a large tank the problem is cracking from a sudden
bump or other incident.  This becomes more likely with a larger heavier
tank.

Just an extra 2 cents.  If you really wanted to be sure you could look it up

in just about any do it yourself construction book.  Building a deck would
be 
a good one.  Usually it will list different loads and what kind of support 
you will need.
