When you want to slow down the water flow on a magnum (in conjunction with
Ron's Skimmer) should you:
1. slow the water going INTO the magnum; or
2. slow the water LEAVING the magnum
At the moment I have it slowing the water leaving the magnum, but figured
I'd ask.
