I have no idea what happened to him. He was doing amazing and
everything(SPS, LPS, softies, other clams) else in the tank was doing
amazing. My calcium level is about 500. DKH is 12. pH is 8.2 - 8.3. He has
always has a nice full mantle. Just yesterday he did not open and I noticed
that he had some honeycomb looking growth on the shell closest to the
mantle. It was whitish in color and it is the only excuse I could find.
Anyone know what this stuff is or how to kill or prevent it?
