my 400w is a 55.  i supplement with 80w actinic 03 and i think it is great.  
i will consider going to 65 but i'm not sure i understand the 10 or 20K 
concept.  i just can't imagine this is anywhere close to natural unless the 
critters came from 60 feet down.  as for the glow, i have em on timers so 
late evening after the Mh shuts down damn do they glow!  shane m.
