I'm not the one that wrote that msg but point it to the left (when looking down 
and the output pointing forward).  At least that is my take on it.  Mine rotate 
better to the left than to the right.  Pointing the output to the left will 
help it rotate right.  PS:  I haven't tried this myself.  Gary
