I was an IO user for 3 years.  A year ago a LFS had Kent on sale and I tried it.  Now I can't go back, for the Kent makes my tank even happier.  :-)  It seems to disolve quicker.  I have not tried Reef Crystals, but I hear it was terrific for Reefs.
