I think your tangs would look at you funny!
That as you know is a freshwater plant and tangs would not ever have the opportunity to eat it in the wild. The same goes for romaine lettuce, our fish are not rabbits and again have no natural access to it.
IMO I feel we should be feeding things that are found in the fishes natural environment.
I feed my 3 tangs an assortment of the different nori dried sheets, formula frozen, plankton(for the other fishes) and flake. this keeps them happy and FAT.
I have not ever done the romaine thing because it just seemed to un natural.
So to answer your question imho no dont feed it to them they might eat it but what nutritional value does it have for that type of fish??
