I am going to Akumal ,Mexico for 2 weeks in a month and I need to come up
with some kind of reliable/simple auto filler for my sump.My set up is in
the basement although my tank is upstairs. The sump is 50g full of live rock
with Mh lighting so it's kind of a tank. I need to keep the water level with
in an inch since there are some frags.I do have a Kent float but it is not
installed. I was afraid about water pressure with this float. I have a 33G
rubbermaid pail that I fill with RODI water but it is 6'away since there is
a doorway between the sump and the pail. What pump could I use for this
float if this is a good one?If it is not I'm open
to any ideas.Any experiences appreciated.
