The Monti may have been damaged by transport. Green Montipora Digitata are
very sensitive to pH and alkalinity changes. Don't give up on it. They tend
to be pretty hardy. I would not break off anymore of it until it has had a
chance to fully aclimate (usually a few weeks) IMHO
