Well from this point. You need to decide if what you want is a seahorse tank 
or a reef tank. As they are two completely different things. Mainly because 
seahorses like a slow quiet tank.. low waterflow.. and a reef tank requires 
some pretty decent flow. Other then that it sounds good. Although sea urchins 
have a tendancy to eat coraline alagae. Another thing to consider is sea 
horses like branchy things to wrap their tails around. I am not into sea 
horses so dont know that much.. YOu might want to check out 
www.seahorse.org... but it might be www.seahorses.org lots of great info 
there.
