I ordered an aquaFX RO unit from them. The website said I would get an email
with a tracking number.. that never happened. I called and asked what was up
about a week after placing my order. And the guy was like Oh i was out of
town and im backed up on emailing the tracking numbers. The RO unit got here
about another week after that. I am not sure if thats just how long it took
or they just sat around and didnt ship it right away. Other then that
everything was all good...
