I'm sorry if I seemed a bit rude. I did not mean to come off like that.
It's just that as an email admin myself, this stuff gets old very quickly.
Because of the past frequency of email hoaxes etc. being passed on this
list, Albert (the list owner) had asked everyone to not send this stuff to
the list without first asking him. He would then determine whether or not
to distribute it.

LEAVING THE LIST

To stop receiving messages you will need to send a message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with a command to remove you from the list. The list
manager controls who belongs to the list.
For example:
