Again you will want to watch your ammonia levels, invertebrates, like
snails and crabs are even more sensitive to ammonia then fish. Since you
have started with totally new water its going to take awhile for the bacteria
that breaks down the ammonia to build up, 4-6 weeks is the average. Its a
bugger you have a nice new tank and you want to get fish in there but you
have to be patient. Just test your water and watch for the ammonia to spike
up then it will come down once it comes down you can start putting in
livestock.

was the rock cured, if not then it wont be ready for awhile, if it was
cured you will probably still get a ammonia spike, you should test for
ammonia every couple or few days and when it is at zero then you could start
putting a few things in.

PM:
I have a 46g Bow tank and it was been running about a week know with nothing
in it except the live sand in it... on wednesday I purchased about 70lbs of
live rock and its has been running with that for about 2 days. My questions
is when is it a good time to start adding fish and is it ok to add snails
and other cleaners now?
