Yea, you are fine with just N.O. lights if you are just keeping LR and LS.
You will lose most corals that may come attached to your LR, but you will
still probably get some corraline algae growth if you decide to keep your
alk and calcium at good levels.

        Hi All

can I get a way with cheap lights if I jst am going to keep live
rock with
        no corals?

I am thinking of setting up a 75 with sand rock and about 5
fish.Also has
anyone gotten the package from tampabay saltwater? They told me if I
got It
I wouldn`t ever have to do any water changes after the tank
cycles.Only add
fresh water to the tank when it gets low

        Thanks
        Ron
