I am researching for the lighting for my reef and I think I will go with 2-55 watts 6700k bulbs and 4-13watts blue that I already have.
My question is:
Is this enought life for my tank?
Can I keep tridacna clams (Not squamosas)??
My tank is 24" large, 20" and 20".
Now, about my skimmer, I was running with a RIO 2500 and I only can say that combo is junk. I will get a new pump, maybe a Mag7 for that skimmer. Can I skimmate my tank more than need be?
Any comment and suggestion is welcome.
