It is made by IPS Corp. P.O. Box379 17109 S. Main St. Gargena, Ca. 90248
The stuff was hard to find. No one in Springfield IL. carried it at all. I
picked my up in Florida while on vacation.
I think they have a web site and can point you to a local store.
