After reading a few messages on the NMFIRA and the CD and my health, let me
set things straight so you all know what is really going on rather than
speculating :
- yes I have been very sick and am getting over it and am now back to I
would say 90 percent of my normal activities
- was the book ever printed : no, it was not
- why was it not printed, because a long time ago I sent out a message that
Thiel Aqua Tech went out of business about 4 years, going on 5 now, ago
- is it available ... yes it is online at http://www.nmfira.com
- can you access it : if you paid for the CD you can indeed
- will Cd's be sent out : yes, we are sending CDs out and catching up on
those that are owed
- it is a slow process but it is taking place
- will the format be the same ? no, I have acquired e-book publishing
software and am in the process of converting the whole of the book to that
format so it is fully searchable and looks far better and so you can
bookmark areas, and navigate directly to where you want to be with a help
file and an indeed and a search engine etc...
- when will this be ready : in about 3 to 4 weeks
- will those who have older cd's get access to this newer version : yes for
free but they will need to email me at a special address which will be
posted as soon as that version is ready
- has it been updated : yes
- do you need the book and the Netclub articles ? no if you get the book
you get just about all the info that is in the Netclub as well (under the
new format I will include the articles too)
- will the price change : probably yes to a slightly lower one
- when will all of this happen : in about 3 to 4 weeks
_ if you are not sure we have your address you will be able to send an email
to me at an address that I will post when every thing is ready, do not post
to the list or to my personal email. It may get lost in the shuffle of 300
or so messages I get a day
- have anyone ever had to pay for access to athiel.com : no, there is
still a lot of free information on that site
- can you access athiel.com in other ways : yes there are mirror site at
athiel.net and athiel.org although the latter will change in the next few
months to an all for free site
