I can tell you this, you should see improved coloration in your LPS. I have
a branched frogspawn, and some of it is under a ledge while other branches
are out in the open. The coral is on the bottom of the tank. The branches
under the ledge are darkly colored, and are really nice. The ones out in the
open are light and a bit washed out. I am assuming that with the change in
lighting, you will see that type of trend but within the whole animal. It
should be nice.

My problem is that my tank is dominatly SPS, with a couple of LPS mixed in.
That is my mistake, and getting the lighting right for both types of corals
is tough in my tank. It is short, wide and not very tall, almost a square,
so it is hard to create zones. It is pretty much either a crap load of light
over the whole tank, or not. I cant do SPS on one side and LPS on the other,
the tank is too short.

Anyways, I hope the switch goes smoothly for you. Let us know how the corals
react!
Shane

PS. If you have a digital camera, take before and afters!
