When
buying magnets you gotta consider that they are built for different thick of
glass or acrylic.
If you
buy one that is suitable for 1" and your glass is 1/4" you can break it when
trying to separate them to take them out.
My
tank is 1/4" and i use hagen�s magnet that is 3" x 4" and I think it is great,
never falls to the sand and i�m very happy with them.
