this?

-----Original Message-----Hi, Chris. We feed about 1X1 inch chunck of mush per 100 gallons per day. We blend/mush oysters, clams, shrimp, fish fillet, crab meat or any other suitable "meat" together with fresh skimate, a couple teaspoons of Warner HUFA, and a few generous pinches of Nori (fish love it). It is ground/mushed as much as possible in a blender all together. It is then scooped/poured into zip locks, flatened out and placed in the freezer. Ice cube trays that seal work even better. Anyway, we break a chunck off, thaw it in tank water, toss it in the sumps whereby the return pumps blow it all over the tanks (another not recommended procedure). Best time to feed is morning and/or evening. Be careful not to overload your filtration....graduate your feedings and watch out of unexpected algae blooms, Nitrate or Phosphate spikes. This blend can really get SPS rockin' and support microfauna which in turn feeds SPS even more. It is quite amazing how much meat heavily SPS stocked systems can consume:) HTH.
