To be perfectly honest, I don't know if they are wired the same. I figured that I would rip out all the NO wiring and pull new wires for the Icecap. It currently has the socket deals, so I would have to get VHO endcaps and pop rivet the bulb hangers in the hood. I was hoping to eliminate the extra step of all new wiring, but I think it will be smarter to do the new wiring thing. Ahhhhh the life of a reefkeeper...........
