Hi,
I'm planning to go with 3 175 10 k MH and 3 6' VHO actinics.  That's basically the setup on my 120 and I'm happy with the results.  Surprisingly enough, i have alot of coralline growth.  I have both SPS and LPS and both seem to do very well.
