I just got a digital camcorder with a still shot feature the other night.
When I figure out what I need to download the pics into my PC I will send
pics. I was very happy with how the pics looks since it is a camcorder n ot
a camera. I got a few good shots of some of my fish and corals.
For the plumbing, I am pretty lucky to have a small area behind the wall my
tank is on so I have more room to play with. The tank has dual overflows
that go thru the wall into my sump which is a 100gal rubbermaid stock tank
from the farm supply store. Return was originally from a mag 7 split to the
overflow returns. Recently (3 or 4 months) I added another mag 7 that I
splits into four outlets (1 pipe near each cross support of the tank with a
3 way corner fitting on each. These are aimed at 45 degrees from the back.)
In the sump I run a hagen 802 powerhead to keep the surface circulating. I
have a rio 2500 that runs thru my chiller to supply my homemade 6 foot
skimmer which in turn feeds into my 20 gal long refugium. The refugium sits
on a couple of 2 x 6's that rest on the sump. the refugium is also fed from
the sump by an additional mag 3 pump for some more circulation. The
refugium then feeds back to the sump via an overflow box.
