Solution:
#1 remove all other fish from tank.
#2 plug hair dryer into electric outlet near tank.
#3 turn on hair dryer (it doesn't matter what setting it's on).
#4 toss hair dryer in tank.
#5 remove previously fast and sly fish. (It will be pretty easy to catch
now, probably floating near the overflow).
#6 unplug hair dryer.
#7 remove hair dryer from tank.
#8 replace fish in tank.

LEAVING THE LIST
================
To stop receiving messages you will need to send a message to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] with a command to remove you from the list.
The list manager controls who belongs to the list.
For example:
--------------------------------------------------------------
From: John Doe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: <not needed>
UNSUBSCRIBE
--------------------------------------------------------------
