Pak Bambang SP dan milisters Ysh, Kalau kita ingin berpikiran positif, bisa saja kelemahan pada proses perencanaan kota/metro (dll), konstrainnya adl waktu, misal : karena UU mengatakan harus selesai 2 dan 3 th setelah UU diberlakukan, sehingga tidak dilakukan pentahapan kajian-2 sesuai kebutuhan sampai menuju rumusan perencanaan. Yang mengkuatirkan adl ketidaktauan hal-hal yg dibutuhkan dalam proses perencanaan tsb. Lebih parah lagi, pihak ketiga sebagai penyusun rencana dengan senangnya memanfaatkan ketidaktahuan/ketidakpedulian ini. Saya hanya bisa menghimbau (di institusi internal sudah dari bbrp th yll, pasti banyak teman yg masih ingat), jangan mendistorsikan 'ruh' perencanaan wilayah, kalau bisa dari philosofi, definisi .... s.d sistem perencanaan, dst; khususnya oleh yg memiliki background akademis diluar perencanaan/pembangunan wilayah (spt saya teknik sipil + pengairan). Mari kita bangun negara ini sesuai tugas dan kapasitas kita masing-2. Jangan bosan dan pasti bisa. Salam

Siang ini kebetulan saya ketemu 2 pendekar tata ruang yaitu Edison Naiboru dan James Siahaan (stafnya bu Cut). Dari obrolan dijalan muncul suatu pemahaman pd diri saya dlm proses perenc kota/metro. Mereka mengatakan bhw saat ini peraturan ttg teknik perenc yg membagi fungsi primer dan sekunder yg selanjutnya dikaitkan dg sistem jaringan jalan primer sekunder sdh tdk ad lagi. Saya mencoba lbh jauh menanyakan ttg transportation study yg dulu dilakukan utk melihat trip generatioin, distribution, assignment jawbannya sama. Saya jadi maklum betapa semrawutnya sekarang ini. Yg menarik studi kesesuaian lahan yg jadi basis utk menentukan lokasi bangunan beratpun sdh tdk ada. Pertanyaan saya kemanakah kit ini?
