" Seamless Global, Dual Powerline Pay System"

Agel designed an innovative HYBRID compensation plan, that draws the best from all the traditional network marketing plans, but adds some strong and unique features. It has a dual powerline structure but it is NOT a conventional "binary plan "

There are no "cycles." You don't need 9 sales on the right leg and 3 sales on the left.
There is no 1/3-2/3 left/right leg volume balance.
There is no danger of "creepage" or other drawbacks of conventional binary compensation plans.

The main features of this plan are SIMPLICITY and EASY QUALIFICATIONS.

The basic concept is that you are building two powerlines (or teams or legs) to infinity. On your smaller powerline you earn 10% commission on your volume up to $25,000 a month. Your larger powerline is paid to you in terms of bonuses and participation in worldwide volume pools.

The plan includes 7 ways to earn an income:
Retail Profits, Fast Start Bonuses, 10% Commission on Smaller Powerline (or Team) to infinity,
a 7 Generation Matching Bonus
and 3 Worldwide Bonus Pools.

Monthly Qualifying Product Order:
A $60 product order makes you eligible to participate in Fast Start Bonuses and Team Volume Commissions (income cap of $5,000 per month).
A $120 product order makes eligible to participate in the entire pay plan. Autoship is required for the Executive Bonus.

THERE ARE FOUR ENTRY LEVELS

(A $35, non-commissionable, yearly application fee is required to receive a distributor position in the compensation plan. In compliance by law, there is no product purchase required to receive this position).

  • Preferred Customer - One-time $95 member fee to purchase products at wholesale.
  • Business Builder Level - $200 product package - Receive one business center.
  • Leadership Level - $600 product package - Receive three business centers.
  • Executive Level - $1,000 product package -Receive three business centers and participation in the 3% Executive Bonus Pool.

SEVEN WAYS TO EARN AN INCOME

1. Retail -Team Members purchase product at wholesale ($60 per box - 30 gels per box ) and sell retail at $75

2. Fast Start Bonus (Paid bi-monthly) - When you personally enroll other distributors, regardless of your level and you maintain the one simple requirement of an active business center, you will earn the following Fast Start Bonuses based on the level your distributors enter: To qualify for Fast Start Bonuses you must have a personal $60 order.

  • You earn:
  • $35 - When you sell a $200 Business Builder Package.
  • $75 - When you sell a $600 Leadership Package.
  • $200 - When you sell a $1,000 Executive Package.

2. Team Volume Commissions (Paid monthly) - As your two left and right powerlines (or teams or legs) grow, you will earn a 10% Team Commission on all the volume in your smaller powerline up to $25,000 per month. This 10% is not based on levels. You get 10% of the total volume in your smaller team no matter how deep or big your smaller team gets. 50% of your Team Members initial entry-level purchase ($200, $600 and $1,000) of distributors is commissionable in the Team Volume Commissions' structur e. To qualify for Basic Commissions you must have a personal $60 order ($5,000 income cap) or $120 ( $25,000 income cap)

3. Global Recruiting Bonus (Paid monthly) - You enter this first 3% pool of the company's total worldwide when you personally enroll "at least" 4 distributors each month with a minimum $200 activation purchase. "Each group" of 4 distributors you personally recruit earns you shares, which determine a weighted, prorated portion of this pool. A number of shares are assigned depending on the level your Team Members enter:

  • Business Builder Level ($200) - 1 share.
  • Leadership Level ($600) - 3 shares.
  • Executive Level ($1000) level - 5 shares.
  • To qualify for Global Recruiting Bonuses you must have a personal $120 order.

Example:

  • Personally enroll 3 Team Members at any level and you earn no shares. You need to enroll minimum 4 Team Members.
  • Personally enroll 4 Executive and you receive 20 shares.
  • If you enroll 7 Executives you still have 20 shares. The shares increase only every group of 4.
  • Personally enroll 4 Executives (20 shares) and 4 Leadership Team Members (12 shares) and you earn 32 shares.

5. Leveraged Matching Bonus (Paid monthly) - As you are sponsoring and growing your left and right teams, the company will pay you a Matching Bonus (MB) on 7 GENERATIONS of Team Volume Commission checks in your downline (full compression enabled for Presidentials).

  • Generation 1: 30% of the Team Commission check of your personally sponsored distributors.
    Without qualifying Team Volume.
  • 40% - If you have $40,000 in your small leg + 2MB's of $1000 or more.
  • 50% - If you have $80,000 in your small leg + 4 MB's of $1000 or more.
  • Generation 2: 8% Without qualifying Team Volume.
  • Generation 3: 8% Without qualifying Team Volume.
  • Generation 4: 8% Without qualifying Team Volume.
  • Generation 5: 10% - If you have $40,000 smaller leg volume + 2MBs of $1000 or more.
  • Generation 6: 8% - If you have$ 80,000 smaller leg volume + 4MBs of $1000 or more.
  • Generation 7: 6% - If you have $150,000 smaller leg volume + 6MBs of $1000 or more.

How the bonus works: You match any Team Volume Commission check amount on your personally sponsored Team Members. From the second generation and below you match every $1000 or above check in a lineage that originates from any of your personally sponsored Team Members.

How compression works
: At the Presidential Level ($150,000 smaller leg volume + 6MBs of $1000 or more), you also match the "sum of checks" that are less than $1,000 that sit between generations, because they "compress up" into the first found upline generation that has a $1,000 check or more.

6. Executive Bonus (Paid monthly) - You enter this second 3% pool of the company's worldwide volume if you meet these three requirements :

  • You enter the program at the Executive Level ($1,000 - No upgrade if you start with a lesser package).
  • You are on $120 monthly Autoship.
  • Your current month's volume in your small leg must be bigger than the previous month's volume by at least $1000.

7. 3% Leadership Bonus Pool (Paid monthly) - You enter this third 3% pool of the company's worldwide volume when your smaller leg volume reaches at least $40,000 and above, and you qualify for 2 Matching Bonuses (MBs) of $1,000 or more.

  • 1 share - If you have $40,000 smaller leg volume + 2 MBs of $1000 or more.
  • 2 shares - If you have $80,000 smaller leg volume + 4 MBs of $1000 or more.
  • 3 shares - If you have $150,000 smaller leg volume + 6 MBs of $1000 or more.
  • 4 shares - If you have $250,000 smaller leg volume + 8 MBs of $1000 or more.
