I have had good experiences with Josh Clark's Big Medium (
http://globalmoxie.com/projects/bigmedium/index.shtml). It allows for
maximum design flexibility, and even the most non-technical staff can update
content. Depending on the type of content you will have (e.g., it's not the
right tool for user-generated content) it could be great for you.

Although I don't know off the top of my head anyone here in Austin who's
using it, I am happy to make referrals to some folks elsewhere.
