Jeff,

I also use Google App for my own domain hosted under gmail. I use  
Apple Mail as my client as well as my iPhone. Many time when I CC or  
BCC myself on emails to clients I do not receive the copy in my inbox.  
But in gmail there is the 'All Mail' folder which does show the CC or  
BCC email to self. Not sure on the gmail logic or it this can be  
changed so that these message are marked unread and display in the  
inbox.

Also, you didn't mention if the outlook/POP was also connected to the  
same gmail account. Also wondering why using outlook with POP. Seems  
like running a formula 1 car around a half-mile dirt track.
