Someone needs to be willing to operate as a team leader.

This person would need to gather the contact info of those interested
and get confirmations.
Then the team lead would register at Knowbility's AIR-Interactive
page. http://www.knowbility.org/air-interactive/?content=teamRegistration
(You'll need names & email addresses, I think)

There is a team cost, an it's $100 for the first four members, $25 for
each additional. This is due by kickoff, which is in a week or so.

After registering, it's then planning and coordinating the team. A
team skills questionnaire needs to be completed with as much detail as
possible. This helps Knowbility match teams with clients.

The team needs to decide on roles: designer, coder, multimedia
editing, css, javascript, QA, etc.

I can toss out more team tips if needed.

Cheers!

Pat
