Last year a few of us Austin Refreshers car-pooled up to Frisco, Texas for the first WordCamp Dallas. In fact, if you look closely you'll see Jeff Bernier and myself in the left of the photo at http://dallas.wordcamp.org. Overall I found it to be a valuable event with a good mix of pro- blogging tips, tech tips, and interesting legal/copywright info. Oh, and WordPress 2.5 was released by Matt Mullenweg during his talk!
This year it'll be held June 27th-28th in Richardson, TX. Registration cost is $30. I don't see an agenda or schedule of events yet, but I'm sure they're working on posting that as soon as possible. If some of y'all are interested in going this year, feel free to use this forum to organize.
