There's quite a few people on the refreshaustin.org Twitter post. Can I suggest that Refreshers also use the #refreshaustin hashtag during SXSW for those who don't want to follow everyone on that list? Or is there a better way to manage the s/n ratio that's going to be in effect? I'm envisioning a constant scroll in my Twitter feed...
