Adobe's BrowserLab just launched as a Beta, and it looks like it could be a very useful service for testing multiple browser/OS combinations. It's not a unique player in the space, but they're definitely the biggest. I've hit a couple of small hiccups in my initial testing, but I was able to pull up previews of my site in IE 6 & 7 on Windows and Safari 3 and Firefox 3 on OS X. The Onion Skin view could prove very handy when debugging small differences.
From their site: > Preview and test your webpages on leading browsers and operating > systems - on demand.
