Just had a client of a client call me to ask if I knew why when he sends 
an email from Outlook Express it goes to the out box but never gets 
transferred to the inbox. He also said that a dialog box pops up telling 
him that errors occurred but the dialog box has no details.

His company is using Google Apps and has their domain's MX records set 
up to use the GMail servers. So I walked through the configuration with 
him and changed the SMTP server from 25 to 465 and selected the check 
box that states the server is using SSL. Otherwise all the settings 
looked correct.

However that did not resolve the issue.

Anyone have any insights?
