I've used both Blinksale (free) and Freshbooks (paid) for a while before I switched over to Curdbee (http://curdbee.com) almost year a ago. I found it really attractive with very clean, simple interface and its a free service without any restrictions on the number of invoices you can send or client you can add compared to other free accounts offered by similar services. Unlike Blinksale It supports payment acceptance via PayPal and Google Checkout, which I find really useful when invoicing my clients. They recently launched their PRO version which has more features such as recurring profiles, estimates, PDF options, etc. I am almost saving $20 per month with Curdbee now and would certainly recommend it for anyone looking for a online invoicing app. They don't have time tracking at the moment but I've read somewhere they are planning to roll out it as a module soon, which will make it a comprehensive app.
