Well, I have a couple of questions back to you on your implementation details.
1. What is your platform (PHP, ASP, JSP, etc)? 2. Are you using a CMS? If so what cart/plugin are you adding to the site? Depending on you combined answers for #1 & #2 above you may have to first make some architecture choice. For example if you are using something like combination WordPress with a cart plugin you it may not support Amazon or Google. Since PayPal is the old standard which most cart software supports. From my experience, all three provide a rich API to use. Though PayPal is the only one I really that offers the Web Payment Pro option where you can accept credit card directly on your site. Google and Amazon at the time (last summer) forced the used off your site onto theirs. So you have a question of branding here. Though probably more secure. I only get into eCommerce about once a quarter so not something I keep up with. I'm sure by know Google and Amazon's feature offering are quite comparable to PayPal and others.
